Hi There,
I own 3 Bed room flat in toa payoh and looking for upgrade to 5 room.
is it right time to upgrade so should wait for a while?
If price will come down, would it impact the bigger flats than 3bed room flat?

Generally 3rm flats would be of higher demand compared to 5rm flats.
