Hi there, I would like to ask I'm intending to buy over a yet to to TOP condo unit. I intend to put my hubby's name as a co-owner. Do i have to produce his ic/copy of ic upon submitting the nominees? Or is it possible to just fill in the names and the ic number first? [This is before we exercise the option to purchase] Thank you.

Hi Shannon,

Buying an uncompleted project (i.e. TOP later) requires registered buyers of the unit to enter into an agreement starting with OTP and later S&P. During booking and submitting a 5% booking fee, all buyers are required to produce IC/ copy of IC for verification and registration the sale.

If I could assist you for a smooth buying transaction, please do call me 9876 5130  to discuss.
