Only SPR-SPR married couples can purchase resale HDB. Siblings cannot do so. Your only option will be a private condo (new or resale). Thanks and hope to assist further.

I am afraid to inform you that both of you are not eligible to purchase public housing as 2 single SPRs. SPR are only eligible to purchase with their SPR or Singaporean spouse.

Perhaps both of you can look into private property as alternative.
