Hi we are eligible to buy resale hdb starting from july this year to meet the 3 year pr requirement. Due to current rental issue , would like to complete the transaction soonest possible .what is the timeljne require for the transaction?

Evening,

Upon securing a unit after exercising the OTP, the average completion timing should be around 12 to 14 weeks later. Prior this, there are other administrative task to be completed as well.

Hi,

after exercising of OTP, completion should be about 3 - 4 months later. However, the earliest you can be issued an OTP will be in July due to PR requirements. Thanks and hope to assist further, especially with the financial calculations.

HI there, normal transaction should takes about 14 to 16 weeks to complete, however, there are ways to speed up the process by doing up your loans and other requirements. depending on your seller and your requirement, we can negotiate for the unit to be hand over earlier as well. do drop me a call or e mail for a more detail explanation on the process and how can we speed up the whole transaction.

It will take around 3 to 4 months to complete the purchase from the date you are granted OTP which most likely in July when both of you fulfil SPR status of 3 years each.

I will advise both of you to start house hunting probably 2 to 4 weeks before you are eligible to purchase.
