Hi We are married sc. My wife just started working.We want to combine our income so as to get the best max loan.Usually,how many months of payslip need to submit?Do we need to submit our pay slip or cpf contribution or both? will be finishing my car loan in 4 years time, do we need to submit that info too?I understand that it will affect our approved home loan amount greatly which we are trying to avoid.

Qn1: Usually,how many months of payslip need to submit?

Ans1: Assuming you are both employed, 3mths. Better to submit NOA.

Qn2: Do we need to submit our pay slip or cpf contribution or both?

Ans2: Payslip will do, but sometimes banks will ask for CPF contribution, thus submit both will be better

Qn3: will be finishing my car loan in 4 years time, do we need to submit that info too?

Ans3: Yes, for accuracy of your loan AIP
