Hi, we are SPR for more than 3 years, but our children just got their PR last year. In this case, can we buy HDB now or need to wait till the children also fulfill the minimum 3 years PR status? Kindly advise. Thanks.

Hi,

As long as the main applicants (husband and wife) have both fulfil the 3 years of PR status, it is sufficient to apply resale hdb. Thanks and may I assist your housing plans further?

Evening,

The main applicant for resale HDB unit are required to fulfill the 3 years SPR status. Hence both your spouse and you are eligible to proceed with the purchase.

Don't need to wait for your child PR status. You and your wife is eligible to purchase a hdb now. Have you done your bank IPA already? Are you aware of the hdb restriction for PR?
