Hello Lau Lau,

if you are seriously looking to maximise your investment property for rental yield, then i strongly suggest that you look for a 99yr-leasehold project instead. Tenants who are renting your place do not care if its FH or leasehold. You pay more for FH but collect the same rent as leasehold. Food for thought.

If you are looking for high rental yields, you can consider a leasehold project, e.g. The Sail at Keppel Bay which is just opposite Marina Sands (Integrated Resort)

As a total quantum bought lower, it's easier to achieve a higher rental yield. Since location is not a preference to you, I strongly recommend the projects found near the IR to you.
