Hi, would like to check if stamp duty can be payable by CPF for private property? My understanding is, we will need to pay stamp duty in cash and thereafter CPF will reimburse you when u utilizes CPF for stamp duty. Is there a way to use CPF directly?

Hi Lyn,

To my understanding, stamp duty is payable in the way mentioned. There is no way to use CPF directly for payment of stamp duty.
