I believe nobody is able to guarantee you that the blocks will be part of SERS, especially the chances of point blocks being SERS are rare. Usually those flats that undergo SERS are smaller flats in long corridor blocks.
An example would be Blk 20 and 21 of Holland Drive, just across the road. Their neighbour blocks 18A to 18D are new flats from SERS of the older Holland Drive blocks. While the older blocks underwent SERS, point blocks 20 and 21 remains.
