I could only assume that the Allsworth Park is still in the name of you and your wife?
The normal procedure is that the separating couple is required to wait for the court order, and then the issuance of the Decree Nisi and Absolute Decree Nisi.
Only after the Absolute Decree Nisi is issued, the couple is 'officially' separated and divorced. At that time, all have been cleared up as to how properties and things in common are supposed to split. During then, the house can be sold in the market.

Hello William,

as yours is the deed of seperation, you will have to wait for the court order to arrive first. The court order will provide instructions on whether your house can be sold or not.

You can start marketing your house once you have received the court order and if its instructions are yes. You do not need to wait for the Final judgment before selling your place.
