I had a query .My brother working in an BPO Industry having monthly income of 30k In Mumbai wanted to buy a flat in mira road .he applied for a loan with icici was given a sanction also but later it was rejected .he gave partial payment to the builder .And now has he is not getting loan the builder is giving back the money after deducting big amount from it as registeration charges.what shud he do shud he apply from any other bank.As he is presently staying on rental basis.permanent residence is in nashik. plz do suggest.
