Hi,i have a 4s model hdb flat in fajar rd.what is the value for that type of property?thought of moving to a exec condominium but not sure of the calculation.Current property bought at $170,000 back in yr 2000.thought of selling and buying at the same time.

Afternoon Ashiq,

The current estimate valuation for your unit is around $340k to $350k, as for the asking COV is around $25k to $50k, depending on various condition.
It would be good to seat down with a property consultant and work the sums out, prior to getting into the plan that you have in mind.
