Recently, my customer relation manager of my SBF flat application said that i am ineligible for the housing grant. But i have not received any official email or update. Its just that i called him and he said that. And he told me to apply for another hle for key collection because my hle expired, but i am not able to do so. Because the website shows that i already had hle when booking flat, and they will only review the hle nearer to key collection.
I am really confused. Its already so long that i booked my flat, and now this rejection. I do not know how to appeal, the customer relationm manager also did not instruct anything about appeal. He said he will send them an email as to why I'm ineligible.
I want to know, is it possible to request HDB to change my customer relations manager? If i do so, will my current manager in charge will get to know about it? Is there any other way i can make appeal or contact someone else from HDB regarding this.
