Hi there,
yes, you are eligible to buy any condos/ apartments, i.e. Residence 118. Even just with your passport you are still eligible to buy. Bank will give you up to 80% loan of the purchase price.
Most of my buyers are foreigners and I'm well-versed in representing foreign buyers like yourself, and in handling other 'common problems' you may face as a foreign buyer.
