How do i get my tenant to service my Air-cond in accordance to the TA? I rented my landed property on Mar 2, 2021. After 3 months, i requested tenant to service the air-cond, nothing was done. I requested Tenant to produce a Air cond service contract, and yet we did not see any such documents. it's already 5 months now, what can i do, please help
