For my team, I find out the profile of the individual agent and determine what is the best approach for him or her to start prospecting. Some I recommend them to do referrals (i.e. people they know), some I send them to do networking in targeted communities, others I provide them some ideas to do cold calling.

For those who has no contact, no network, too shy, can't talk. I let them market a few of my properties and guide them to serve the prospects who call up.

So far, all of my new agents recruited this year close their 1st deal within 3 weeks of getting their CEA license.

You have to pay a few hundreds to get started, but your 1st deal will cover that cost very quickly.
