Hi, it would be 2% plus gst. But there are cases where seller agent would charge lesser, ie. that's when a seller trying to dispose his unit and after that purchases another unit. And all these are done using the same agent. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

For most of the agencies, they are GST registered, so for the commission that the seller have to give, will add GST to it. Actually, whether there is any GST or not is not really that important, importantly is...
1) Is the agent that you are going to engage will be able to help you fight for a good market price for your unit?
2) Smooth transaction for the whole process.

These will be something that will be more important than the GST.
