1st $180k at 1%
2nd $180k at 2%
remaining up till $1m at 3%
anything above $1m at 4%

ABSD is dependent on the Citizenship status and the number of residential properties in Singapore the Buyer currently owns. For example, Singaporeans purchasing second property, ABSD is at 17%.
