how to proceed with purchase a condo when we confirm that we want a unit.

Hi,
May I know if you are buying a resale or under construction new condo? As the process will differ. For resale condo, it will be firstly 1% option fee to secure the Option to Purchase for unit, then 4% exercise fee to confirm the unit and payable to seller within 14 days. The balance 95% is typically around 10 weeks later. For new condo, 5% booking fee is required, then balance 20% downpayment (cash or CPF OA) is required within 8 weeks of booking.
For both the relevant buyer stamp duties is payable within 14 days of exercise OTP date. I have assisted various homeowners to purchase their private property and will be happy to guide you on the process. No agent fee is payable by private property buyers, I am contactable at 97432395 .
