Evening Phyllis,

Since you are currently a private property owner, will you be comfortable switching to a HDB dweller? It will boil down to your preferred lifestyle and budget.
If you opt to purchase resale HDB, you will need to observe the 5 years MOP requirement. You must also be SC if you are buying under single scheme. If you are moving to another condo, you will need to be aware of the 4 years SSD ruling. For both cases, you will be required to take bank loan, which means 5% cash and 15% down payment, provided that your credit record is good.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
