I am a EP hoder here and will apply the PR status this month. I like to buy the property in Singapore in 3-5 months. Now I have 2 questions:
1. If I buy a HDB and work in Singapore till 2011, then I go to another country. Can I lease the HDB out? If I fail to renew the PR, then can I still hold the HDB and lease it to other people?
2. If I buy the condo here, and then I leave singapore. Whether I still can keep the ownership of the condo?

1) Hi, you can lease out ur HDB if u are away,but if u give up ur PR.U need to sell off the HDB.
2) If its a Condo,u may rent it out ,there are no restriction.
