Hi, I am a Singaporean working overseas for the last 10 yrs. I do not own any private or HDB property in Singapore. Now, I would like to buy a private property just merely for investment. I will not be back at least the next couple of years. I am looking for a good property with potential of good rental yield and capital appreciation. I need some professional advice and guidance. Thanks
