I am a first time buyer and I wasnt familiar with the procedure. When I went to view a showflat alone last Sunday, I signed on the Purchaser's Particulars Form but when I told the agent I dont want it anymore, I was told that I couldnt back out, and she took the cheque from my hand and said she would check with developer but after that she came out with the option forn and asked me to sign. I am now trapped with a property which I dont want. What shall I do?
