I am a first time buyer and if I do not get a hdb unit by oct,i intend to look at the condo market, wish to ask if there are any condos available in D8, 11 or 15 that is about 3 bedroom but my budget is about $720k? prefer new or just TOP or going to TOP soon..

Dear Sunil,

The current market rate in D8, D11 & D15 is min. S$1,000 psf. For a three bedroom condo/apartment, this will work out to be S$1 million. With your budget of S$720K, you'll need to accept a 99-yr leasehold 2 bedroom in D15 or maybe a 3 bedroom in D16. D8 & D11 are currently out of reach except for studio/1 bedroom units.
