The ABSD payable is based on your wife's visa status, which in this case is 60%. If your wife can be excluded from the ownership, ABSD will be 5% should the condo be the first property you are going to own in Singapore.

It will be 60%, based on the higher ABSD rate of both buyers. It is recommended to buy under your own sole SPR name instead, where the ABSD will be 5% instead.

If you were to buy alone, the ABSD will be 5%, however if you purchase together with your wife, the ABSD will be much higher at 60%. Therefore, it is advisable to buy under your sole name for your case.
