I am a single Malay female, I would like to purchase a HDB flat for the past years but was unable to as I am currently financially unstable and was unable to raise any cash for the COV. I am very much interested in buying a BTO or a DBSS flats. Am I eligible for this? I will be the only aplicant for the house and my parents the occupier. Please advice me on what should I do?

Afternoon,

Under Public Scheme, if you are SC and your parents are PR or SC, yes. Do note about the amount of loan you are eligible for and the combined household income, to be eligible for HDB loan.
