Hi,

Whether you can get family grant for the next house you buy depends a lot on the current 5 rm flat you are holding now. Did you bought it resale or direct from HDB ? If resale and previously never owned a direct HDB flat, household income less then $8k, I suppose you are eiligiblle for the Family grant maybe also AHG. If your current flat is bought directly from HDB then you are not eiligible for the family grant. You need to do careful financial calculation before making a move.
