I am a student and I wish to apply for a BTO with my girlfriend. I was wondering if we can apply for any grants to help us with the initial downpayment. From what I have heard, you need a 1 year employment history to apply for the AHG (if I am not wrong).

Can I just ask if HDB has any policies in place to help us financially with grants for BTO if I am still a student (confirmed employment after graduation)

Morning,

Without financial stability, no financial institute will offer you any loan. Hence it would be good to concentrate on your studies and get a job before you consider further options.
