i am buying an uncompleted project from this owner, and he has paid 50% through the initial disbursements required by the developer. When i purchase the unit from him, the remaining disbursements required will be paid by me via a housing loan. However, how will the seller be reimbursed for the 50% which he has already paid to the developers?
