Both me and owner have signed the LOI and i've paid the good faith deposit. I happened to find out that the concerned apartment's area is about 250sq ft smaller than the advertised area, after the deposit was paid. I've approached the agent to request that the owner lower the rental amount. The agent has been giving me the excuse that he can't contact the owner as they're overseas (Indonesian). Today, i left messages and called him up several times but he did not pick up the phone or reply my messages. Will appreciate any advise! Thks!
