Have you already gotten the final judgement of your divorce in this case? You may be subjected to resale levy in this case since you mentioned that the existing matrimonial flat is a subsidized unit, thus if you are applying for housing grant for next purchase, this will trigger the resale levy.

Do apply for HFE to know more about your eligibility in the purchase if your final judgement has been granted.
