I am currently staying in bt batok 4rm and would like to buy over the next unit 3-rm to convert to jumbo. Does HDB allow this and what is the procedure like. Do i need to get approval first before committing the purchase? What are the pros and cons that I should consider? would HDB allow me to create additional rooms by modifying the living room or kitchen?
