A simple question and yet get a few different answer, I now own a HDB flat (new flat from HDB), stay more than 5 years. If I were to buy a condo, do I have to sell the existing HDB flat? appreciate the answer :)

If you are buying a private condo, you do not need to sell your existing HDB since you should have already fulfilled your Minimum Occupation Period.

Afternoon Mark,

Under the HDB regulation, since you have fulfilled your MOP, you can purchase a private property, without having to sell your HDB unit.
But do take note that you may only be granted 60% loan, if your HDB is still under mortgage.
