The prices in Livia is considered reasonable very due to the fact that its close to MRT & amenities.If its a FREEHOLD project,the asking price will not be $850psf already,it'll definately be higher.I have a unit for sale,3+S,1410sq ft,pool view,low floor..asking $800 psf only..Kindly contact me if you are keen..TOP very soon..Thanks
