Hi Alec,

Foreigners are able purchase condos in Singapore. Exceptions are Landed Properties.
However with permission from government, foreigner can buy landed properties from Sentosa (all are 99 yrs lease hold)

Loans wise normally for foregner, banks loan up to 70%. Nevertheless, you may wise to speak to your banker to see if any possbilites to loan up to 80%.

At this moment, I have ready stock of ready properties for sale with tenanccy. I also have a few new launch project to recommend.
