I am keen on Old development like Cashew Heights, Dairy farm along Upper Bukit Timah. However I noticed the price is still on the high side.

a. Is there any exciting development coming out at that area ?
b. Is it worth getting it, compare to Jurong District area condo like Lake Point and Ivory heights ?
