I sincerely hope to discuss with you further on the pricing for Caspian.

Developer has informed ourselves on the preview and launch dates, pricing, floor plans, payment schemes, and also stacks to be launched.

Would appreciate if you can call me as soon as possible so as to secure a unit u like before actual launch. By buying through ERA, ERA will provide yourself another 2 years of defects warranty on top of the existing 1yr provided by the developer.
