1. Residential opens up to more people for rental. Everyone needs a roof over their head, it is one of human basic need. Yield of condo are now 2-4%, if you are lucky you may get 5%

2. Commerical fetch higher rental but pits fall asuch as business risk of tenant, GST, e.t.c.
But yield can be 5%-10% depending on types of property.

3. SOHO, they are residential cum office. It gives you flexiblities of Office or Residential.
Yield are 3-5% depending on location. If you are private owner (no gst) and use more of residential no GST.
