Nothing in this world is easy for a start, just like how a baby learning how to walk/talk in their early stages of life. It takes them up to 1 year to be able to talk and walk, even then not properly.

Ultimately, it depends on how willing are you to learn and take action. Even the world's best mentor will not be able to help if the mentee is not willing to take the necessary actions to succeed.
