What is the prevailing agent rates for selling a landed property?

Dear warrior,
It would be more critical to know how much your landed property can fetch with an effective marketing system and efficient team. There is no standard guidelines in the professional fees charged for selling a property but usual practise will be 2% of the selling price + 7% GST.
