I am looking to buy a pvt apt to move in by April 2015. How long does it take to close the entire sales process. Assuming it may take me abt 3 months to finalize an apt, when should i start hunting.

Good afternoon, purchase process will be take at least 2 months (2 weeks option plus 6 weeks to 8 weeks completion period). If you require 1 to 2 months renovation period and 3 months hunting period, July to August will be a good time to kick start your house hunting. Hi, the entire process will take between 2 to 3 months time. So if you are planning to move in by April next year, then viewing would probably start around the end if this year as you still need time to select your dream home.
