I am looking to invest in property in Singapore with a 600k budget. Should I go for small unit studio slightly less than 500k, a bigger studio of about $550k, or a 600k studio. All seems to fetch the same rental.

within the same vicinity, all studios more or less fetch about the same rental. Do give me a call at 9695-2550  for a friendly discussion and I can give you some recommendations on your studio choices. Right now I have some studios at a central location going for less than $500k.
