I am now buying a resale HDB and is due to complete the HDB resale process in September.

I understand that we will need to dispose our old HDB within 6 months. I can understand whether dispose means when we have started to submit the resale application to HDB for the selling?

I would like to seek advise if I start to post / advertise my unit for sale in September only is it too late?

I will like to timely the buying and selling process to give me better transition between the units.

Any advise please. Thanks
