I am one of the joint-tenant in a 4 joint-tenants in the condo I am staying since 2002. If I am removing my name from the condo, what is incurred?
1. 3% stamp duty of 25% of the condo present market value?
2. Legal fee of $3,500 for purchasing party $2,500 for selling party?
3. When my name is removed, am I being paid 25% of the property value or just the CPF amount which I used to fund the installment?
