There are 2 concerns over here:
(1) Capacity:
Your daughter must has the capacity to takeover the flat when your name is remove.
Both of you must had bought this flat using public scheme which is for family.
Your daughter can only takeover under one of the following conditions:
(a) > or = 35yrs old (Single scheme)
(b) Married or with children (Public scheme)
(c) Intend to marry (Fiance/fiancee scheme), must produce marriage cert by sales completion.

(2) Cost involved:
(a) Valuation: If intend to calculate how much to repay if neccessary.
(b) Legal

Are you referring to a private property or HDB since your question is posted under condo question and I am seeing both responses by my fellow professionals catered towards HDB.

For HDB matters, what my fellow professionals have mentioned will be correct. For private property matters, it could be more straightforward where from the description you have put forth, we will only be looking at the conveyancing fees and stamp duty. Nevertheless, we need to look at when was this property purchased to determine if any additional stamp duties will be involved.
