I am planning to buy a 5 room hdb flat at Choa Chu Kang Cres area. The present price is 350-380k, will this price go down in first quarter of 2009?. Should I wait?

Hi Richard,

If u are in need of a roof over your head, you will need to buy it now.

If you are not in need, then perhaps u can watch the news closely as News has just reported HDB prices for 2008 last quarter was on the rise. If you can wait, i think 3rd-4th quarter there might be chances.
