It depends on the location, conditions of unit, profile restrictions as well as the price expectations. A rightly priced unit should have decent number of viewing requests on weekly basis, and 1 to 3 viewings is on the lower side.

You need to determine what are the factors that are affecting the viewership and make adjustments accordingly. I had the pleasure to close 7 rentals in the month of January alone and another 2 in February so far, so rental is not exactly slow, but it is not a rosy market to be fair.
