I am self-employ and is new in this line and was looking for a good company and a good mentor ( 1 to 1 ) to teach and guide me . As a newbie , I could say that to try out as part-time first before going full time .
I have meet with a few interviews and like to seek some advise . Do you think this is correct for a newbie ? Where one agency quoted : E.g. - paid ++++ to join and if Flat sold $250K - Agent com seller 2% - Buyer 1% = $ 7500.00 sound good but if you condsider this 3% or less com minus co-broke com., minus com of Agent 70% - Company 30%, minus Mentor provide listing - get 50% of agent com 70%, minus Adv and transport about $500.00 if unlucky even more so in the end what do you get , how many % left ?
Can anyone help and give some good advise should I join them ?
