I am S'pore PR. If i buy HDB flat with origionally lift level( old lift reach to my level ), do i need to pay for lift upgrading charges? Need to pay like the other levels ( not origionally lift level )? No need to pay at all? or need to pay partially? Thanks for your answer.

Hi Kyaw ThetHtun,

If originally the unit is already at lift level and should there be a lift upgrade later, buyer does not need to pay for the lift upgrading in this case. Unlike one which is not at lift level originally then buyer is required to pay the lift upgrading costs.

Hope this is clear, and if I could further assist you in your flat purchase, pls call me 9876 5130  .

Thanks

Hi sir,

you do not need to pay if there's already a lift level on that floor if the block has not upgraded. So don worry for that. Any enquiries, please reach me @ 98578091  Read More
