You can actually check with HDB on the process of transfer, including arrangements of any funds to be refunded or even check with your lawyer who is handling the divorce for you.

PropertyGuru only allows registered agents with a paid subscription with PropertyGuru to put up their listing for sale or rent. I have recently just paid over $13k to renew my subscription with PropertyGuru. 1) All conveyance; the legal process of transferring share or property from one owner to another will required a practice lawyer's involvement.
2) This is stipulated by the govt.
3) If it is a simple process, the HDB lawyer might be able to assist with this.
4) You will have to check with the HDB resale department about this.
5) It is advisable to approach the HDB via their feedback channel:

6) Last thing to note is you can only start this process after receiving the final court order on your divorce.
